NMC renewal fee payment scheme terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is only accessible to nurses and midwives who work for Bridge Light Plus and meet the following criteria:
    1. They have worked at least 20 shifts since their previous NMC registration renewal date
    2. They have not become non-compliant since their previous NMC registration renewal date
  2. Nurses and midwives who meet the scheme criteria will be able to claim back the cost of their NMC registration renewal fee from Bridge Light Plus.
  3. All claims will be subject to tax and NI dedications and will be paid via bank transfer or cheque. Claims will only be valid if the claimant is compliant at the time of their claim.
  4. Claims can only be made within 28 days of the NMC registration renewal date.
  5. Claims must be made online via Quick Nurse. From your renewal date, a form will be available in your ‘My Details’ section on Quick Nurse. Once we have processed and validated your claim, we will issue payment of the requested claim within 7 days.
  6. Claims for renewals that fall at the end of the month can be made from the 1st of the following month. Claims can only be made within 28 days of the NMC renewal date.
  7. Bridge Light Plus reserve the right to:
    1. Vary the terms and conditions of the NMC renewal fee scheme at its discretion.
    2. Cancel or discontinue the NMC renewal fee scheme without having to pay any outstanding claims, introduce a replacement scheme, offer compensation or inform nurses or midwives that they are doing so.
