Our Bridge Light Plus At Home service supplies specialist community nursing and support workers whenever and wherever they’re needed. We help avoid hospital admissions, support discharge plans, and provide continuity of care in the comfort of the patient’s home.
We adopt a partnership approach in working with healthcare organisations such as CCGs, the NHS, local authorities and complex care agencies, as well as with private clients.

We send only highly trained complex care clinical agency nurses and support workers; caring professionals who are passionate about promoting the independence and dignity of patients in their own home. Just like our acute nursing service, Bridge Light Plus At Home is a rapid-response community nursing service. Our complex care agency nurses and carers are immediately available to work in any type of community care setting. Our team is led by registered nurses, whose extensive experience gives them the skills to find exactly the right nurse or healthcare worker to meet your requirements and assignment.
