We check the validity of IDs or passports and right to work documentation through a passport scanner. Previous and current work references are verified. Staff are only assigned work after completion of their DBS clearance, mandatory training (safeguarding vulnerable adults, manual handling, Basic or Intermediate Life Support, PMVA / PSTS among others), proof of NMC registration and online verification, and Work Health assessments.
